Push/LINE reminders before class and alerts for schedule changes/cancellations.

Show remaining credits, expiry date, usage pace, recommended classes per week to use package before expiry.

Trigger reminders when package expires in 14/7/3 days or credits <= 2.

Offer repurchase/upgrade with value-based copy when credits low or attendance pattern is strong.

Explain which package fits different rhythms: trial, weekly practice, performance prep, intensive training.

Set up LINE Developers channel, Channel Access Token, Channel Secret, Webhook URL, and enable webhook.

Prepare FAQ: classes, prices, branch, booking, cancellation, beginner guidance, preparation, safety, showcase, corporate events.

Soft-close flow: ask goals, recommend class, suggest package, offer schedule help, escalate when needed.

Send high-value leads, complaints, refunds, corporate/event inquiries, unclear questions to Telegram Admin Bot.
